MATIRŌ Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 – Purpose of the loyalty program The purpose of the MATIRŌ loyalty program is, under the conditions set forth herein, to allow members to accumulate points for their purchases and other qualifying actions, and to benefit from preferential and exclusive advantages.

ARTICLE 2 – Scope of validity The loyalty program is valid exclusively on the website https://matiro.co. The benefits related to the program cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or ongoing commercial operations, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the offer.

ARTICLE 3 – Membership procedures Membership in the loyalty program is automatic and free upon creation of a customer account on the matiro.co website.

The program is reserved for adult natural persons (over 18 years old) acting strictly in a personal and non-professional capacity.

For membership to be effective, it is mandatory to provide at least: first name, last name, and email address. Membership is registered only if these mandatory information are complete and usable.

Any change in the personal data communicated must be notified without delay by email to contact@matiro.co.

Acceptance of these terms of use for the loyalty program is a prerequisite and essential for any participation.

ARTICLE 4 – Points and rewards

4.1 Overall operation As soon as the customer account is created, each member accumulates points for their eligible purchases and qualifying actions. These points are credited directly to their account and can be viewed at any time in the "My account" area on the matiro.co website.

Points allow access to discounts, gifts, or exclusive benefits depending on the accumulated balance.

4.2 Point accumulation Points are automatically accumulated after the member identifies themselves via their customer account.

Main scale: €1 spent = 1 point (all taxes included, excluding delivery costs and gift cards).

Additional accumulation actions:

  • Customer account creation: 200 points
  • Following the official TikTok account: 100 points
  • Following the official Instagram account: 100 points
  • Newsletter subscription: 100 points
  • Birthday gift (when the date is provided): 50 points
  • SMS offer subscription: 50 points

Purchases made as a guest also allow points to be accumulated, provided a valid email address is used. These points will be retroactively linked to the account created later with the same email address.

Points are only awarded from the program launch date (September 22, 2025). No retroactive accumulation is possible for previous purchases.

Points are strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.

4.3 Rewards and discounts When the point balance reaches the required threshold for a reward, the member can activate it from their customer area.

Issued rewards have a validity period of 30 days from their acquisition. They are personal, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and usable in a single transaction, unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Point cancellation In the event of a total or partial return of an order or a refund, the points corresponding to the purchase concerned are canceled and debited from the loyalty account.

4.5 Point expiration Accumulated points have a validity period of 6 months from their acquisition date. At the end of this period, unused points are automatically and permanently canceled, with no possibility of claim or compensation.

ARTICLE 5 – Tiers and benefits Point accumulation is automatic and allows reaching different tiers depending on the amount spent over a rolling 12-month period:

  • MEMBER: from €80 spent over 12 months Benefits: -10% for your birthday (from €60 purchase, if date of birth provided), 10 points offered when reaching the tier, access to exclusive MATIRŌ events.
  • GOLD : from €400 spent over 12 months Benefits: -15% for your birthday (from €70 purchase, if date of birth provided), 20 points offered when reaching the tier, access to exclusive MATIRŌ events, access to product previews.
  • VIP: from €700 spent over 12 months Benefits: -20% for your birthday (from €80 purchase, if date of birth provided), 30 points offered when reaching the tier, access to exclusive MATIRŌ events, access to product previews, free delivery up to €8 from €30 purchase, priority customer service.

Conversion of points into discount vouchers Points can be converted into discount vouchers according to the following tiers (no minimum purchase required):

  • 500 points = €5 voucher
  • 1,000 points = €10 voucher
  • 2,000 points = €20 voucher

Members are informed by email of tier changes and new benefits, provided they have consented to receive commercial communications from MATIRŌ.

ARTICLE 6 – Sponsorship Members can sponsor their relatives.

The sponsor and the sponsored person each receive a €10 discount. These two rewards are sent simultaneously as soon as the sponsored person makes their first purchase.

Sponsorship is strictly for personal use. Any abuse (self-sponsorship, creation of fictitious accounts, mass distribution, etc.) will result in the immediate cancellation of the benefits obtained and may lead to definitive exclusion from the loyalty program.

ARTICLE 7 – Protection of personal data The processing of personal data within the framework of the loyalty program is governed by the Privacy Policy accessible on the matiro.co website.

By way of exception, the specificities related to the program are as follows:

7.1 Collection Data is collected directly from the member when creating the account and joining the program.

7.2 Collected data Mandatory: first name, last name, email address. Optional: date of birth, purchase history, browsing data (cookies, with consent).

7.3 Purposes and legal bases

  • Management and animation of the loyalty program: execution of these terms
  • Commercial prospecting (emails, SMS): consent
  • Exercise of GDPR rights: legal obligation
  • Litigation management: legitimate interest

7.4 Retention periods Data is retained for the duration of membership in the program plus legal limitation periods. Prospecting data is retained until consent is withdrawn or 3 years after the last commercial contact.

7.5 Recipients Data is transmitted only to the service providers strictly necessary for the management of the program, all bound by a contract conforming to the GDPR.

7.6 Member rights Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, opposition. To exercise these rights: contact@matiro.co or by mail to the registered office address. In case of difficulty, you can contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

ARTICLE 8 – Modification or termination of the program MATIRŌ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Members will be informed by any appropriate means (email, publication on the Site).

In the event of definitive termination, unused points and benefits on the effective date will be lost without any possible compensation.

ARTICLE 9 – Limitation of liability MATIRŌ makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the program. Its responsibility cannot be engaged in case of technical failure, temporary interruption, computer error, or event beyond its reasonable control.

MATIRŌ's liability is in any event limited to the benefits provided by the program.

ARTICLE 10 – Fraud and abusive use MATIRŌ reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's membership, cancel all or part of the acquired points, and refuse any benefit in case of fraud, attempted fraud, or use contrary to these terms. This decision may occur without prior notice or compensation.

ARTICLE 11 – Force majeure and temporary suspension MATIRŌ may temporarily suspend the program without compensation in case of force majeure, technical maintenance, or any event beyond its control.

ARTICLE 12 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction These conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the loyalty program falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
