Last updated: March 17, 2026

This Purchase Option Cancellation Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies to any order featuring a recurring or scheduled purchase option (hereinafter "Purchase Option"), including monthly or quarterly subscriptions, or any recurring delivery scheme offered on the website https://matiro.co (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 1 – Purpose This Policy defines the terms under which the Client may cancel, suspend, or modify a Purchase Option subscribed to on the Site, in compliance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code.

Article 2 – Cancellation Procedures 2.1. Non-Binding Cancellation Right All Purchase Options offered by MATIRŌ are provided without a minimum commitment period, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of subscription. The Client may cancel their Purchase Option at any time, without fees or penalties, and without being required to provide a reason.

2.2. Practical Procedures To cancel a Purchase Option, the Client must:

  • Log in to their "My Account" space on the Site;

  • Access the "My Subscriptions" section;

  • Select the relevant Option and click "Cancel" or "End Subscription."

The cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges. Any final order already validated and/or dispatched remains due and is not subject to an automatic refund (without prejudice to the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal under the conditions set forth in the General T&Cs).

2.3. Confirmation A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the Client by email as soon as possible. It is the Client's responsibility to verify that their request has been properly processed within their customer space.

Article 3 – Temporary Suspension The Client may, at any time, temporarily suspend their Purchase Option for a maximum duration of 3 consecutive months without definitive termination. The suspension is carried out following the same procedure as cancellation ("My Account" → "My Subscriptions" → "Suspend Temporarily"). At the end of the chosen suspension period, the Purchase Option automatically resumes according to the initial frequency, unless a new request for cancellation or modification is made by the Client.

Article 4 – Modification of the Purchase Option The Client may modify the following at any time:

  • Delivery frequency (e.g., monthly to quarterly or vice-versa);

  • Products included in the Option;

  • Delivery address;

  • Date of the next charge (within the limits of the proposed slots).

Any modification takes effect as of the next scheduled deadline, unless the Client requests immediate application (subject to logistical feasibility).

Article 5 – Charges and Billing The charge occurs on the anniversary date of the initial subscription (or on the date modified by the Client). Any request for cancellation, suspension, or modification must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled charge date. Beyond this period, the order is considered processed and cannot be cancelled. Upon a cancellation or suspension requested within the stipulated timeframe, the Client will receive an email confirmation.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal Applicable to Initial Orders Subscription to a Purchase Option constitutes the formation of an initial sales contract regarding the first delivery. The Client benefits, for this first delivery only, from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code and detailed in the General T&Cs and the Return and Refund Policy. The exercise of the right of withdrawal for a received parcel does not automatically entail the termination of future installments of the Purchase Option. The Client must explicitly cancel the Option in their "My Account" space under the "My Subscriptions" section.

Article 7 – Termination by MATIRŌ MATIRŌ reserves the right to unilaterally terminate a Purchase Option without notice in the event of:

  • Non-payment of an installment;

  • Repeated payment incidents;

  • Fraud or attempted fraud;

  • Improper use of the program.

In the event of a stock shortage of a Product included in the Purchase Option, MATIRŌ undertakes to inform the Client by email and to suspend the corresponding charge until restocking. MATIRŌ may also propose an equivalent Product alternative, subject to the Client's express agreement.

Article 8 – Contact For any questions regarding the cancellation, suspension, or modification of a Purchase Option: Email: contact@matiro.co

MATIRŌ reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the request for cancellation or modification.

The applicable law is French law. In the event of a dispute, the amicable and jurisdictional settlement procedures provided for in the General T&Cs shall apply.
