MATIRŌ is committed to providing its Clients with a premium delivery experience that is swift, seamless, and executed with the utmost care. This Shipping Policy supplements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and specifies the procedures for the preparation, dispatch, and tracking of orders placed on the website https://matiro.co.

Article 1 – Order Preparation and Dispatch Every order is prepared with meticulous attention to detail directly by the MATIRŌ teams at our premises located at 78 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. We take particular care with each package to ensure that your Products reach you in pristine condition.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (CET) are generally prepared and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during the weekend are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

These timeframes reflect our commitment to providing attentive and responsive service, although variations may occur during periods of high demand.

Article 2 – Delivery Zones and Methods MATIRŌ ships to the following destinations:

  • Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco

  • European Union countries

The available delivery methods are:

  • Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco: Colissimo (home delivery or pick-up point) and Lettre Suivie (tracked letter) for small formats.

  • European Union: Colissimo International.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the chosen destination. These costs are clearly indicated prior to the final validation of the order.

Article 3 – Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times run from the date of dispatch:

  • Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Other European Union countries: 5 to 10 business days.

These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding guarantee. They may be extended in cases of force majeure or during exceptional periods (end-of-year holidays, exceptional logistical disruptions, etc.).

Article 4 – Parcel Tracking As soon as the order is handled by our teams or our carrier partners, the Client receives a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking is ensured by our services or by the selected carriers (Colissimo, Lettre Suivie) to guarantee secure delivery. A tracking number is systematically provided in the confirmation email.

The Client may also track the status of their order at any time within the "My Account" section on the matiro.co website.

Article 5 – Delivery Issues and Disputes 5.1. Damaged or Opened Parcels In the event of a damaged, opened, or manifestly tampered parcel upon receipt, the Client must notify customer service within 48 hours following delivery, including photographs of the parcel and its contents. Any claim submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.

5.2. Delivery Delays In accordance with Articles L.216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days beyond the indicative date and not attributable to the Client, the Client may cancel the sale by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or on another durable medium. Any sums paid will then be reimbursed as soon as possible.

MATIRŌ reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in its internal processes or regulations. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the date of consultation.

The applicable law is French law. In the event of a dispute, the amicable and jurisdictional settlement procedures provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply.
